Valérie Lizé is a bilingual dance teacher, A.D.A.P.T. certified, based in Ottawa, with over ten years of teaching experience. She brings strong technical training in jazz, lyrical, ballet, and tap, with a specialization in jazz technique.

Valérie is dedicated to creating a positive, collaborative, and respectful learning environment where dancers feel supported and challenged. Her training includes R.A.D. Advanced 2 in ballet, A.D.A.P.T. Advanced in jazz and tap, as well as additional training in lyrical and contemporary.

Passionate about professional development, she has completed programs such as RADAR technique and the Godfrey Method, and regularly participates in conventions for teachers and dancers across Canada and the United States.

With a diploma in Early Childhood Education, Valérie integrates her understanding of developmental stages into her teaching, helping dancers of all ages achieve technical excellence while building artistic confidence.
