For 40 years, Studio Danielle has fostered a love for dance in the hearts of thousands of children, teens, and adults across the Outaouais region. How? By not only making dance fun and accessible but also creating an environment where dancers can make lasting friendships, learn to express themselves creatively, develop self-confidence, and have amazing life experiences.

Our team is skilled, experienced, warm, sensitive, and kind. That’s because every member of the team lives the foundational values of the company: teamwork, respect, and integrity.

What does this all mean? At Studio Danielle, every dancer counts. Whether for recreational or competitive dance…whether dancers are highly skilled, beginners, or just dancing for fun, everyone is family at Studio de Danse Danielle.

Studio Danielle teachers represent some of Ottawa-Gatineau’s most experienced dancers. While each instructor has a slightly different story, together our team has an incredibly impressive dance portfolio. In addition to attending some of the world’s most prestigious dance schools, dancing professionally, and earning countless awards, our teachers are also certified and accredited by programs including the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT), Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA), and even the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD). Yes, and we are incredibly proud of them. Come to either of our two locations, and you will see our walls adorned with their pictures and awards. You may even see some familiar faces, including many of our teachers!

Our dress code helps to create community amongst our students. Required clothing varies depending on the type of program (whether recreational or competitive) and dance type.

We have a boutique on-site at our Aylmer and Pink locations where you can find all the bodysuits, tights, shoes, and everything else you need.

We are committed to ensuring the beautiful art of dance is available to all children, regardless of a family’s financial situation. We provide subsidized recreational dance lessons to local children through our non-profit organization, the Aylmer Avenue Dance Company. And, for dancers in the competitive program, we provide many fundraising opportunities to help defray costs.
