Acro
Acro is the combination of dance technique and acrobatics
which forms its own graceful dance discipline. Movement
flows into flexible bends and stretches. The strength
of balances and aerial challenges gives Acro its breath-taking
appearance.

Cheer dance (ages 7-10)
Cheerleading is quickly becoming a very popular sport
and this program caters to the overwhelming demand for
cheerleader classes.This program covers all elements
of cheer and dance (cheer technique, stunting, gymnastics,
dance, strength training and choreography). Students
will enjoy learning energetic choreographies and contributing
in building team spirit.

Creative Movement
Through games and imitation, this creative movement
program develops the intellectual concepts of creative
expression, self awareness, team work and basic body/health
awareness. While experiencing a variety of musical styles,
the children will engage with in the basic elements
of movement and dance, energy and space, musical rhythm
beat and time.

Parent and me (toddlers and
parents)
Pure fun through sensory stimulation and movement! This
program focuses on improving rhythm, coordination, balance
and motor skills. Creative props and popular children's
music are enjoyed as we help the children to reach their
creative and physical potential while having fun with
other tots and Mom or Dad.

Pre-Ballet (ages 5-7)
Basic classical dance for future ballerinas. Focuses
on rhythm and coordination through the addition of free
movement and body expression.

Pre-Jazz (ages 5-7)
An introduction to jazz. The children learn exciting
choreographies and steps including basic dance techniques.
An upbeat course that will keep your child active and
having fun.

Pre-Tap (ages 5-7)
This introduction to tap dancing is an exciting way
for your child to learn fun tap steps while attempting
to maintain musicality and rhythm. Children love to
make noise, and we turn that noise into beautiful sounds
from happy feet.
